Why do I feel sour when I didn't get called to audition for radio heatwave? Why did I even have hopes for it? I knew I wouldn't be able to ace it but why do I feel that I let myself down? I've been really extremely negative these past few days. I don't know what has gotten into me but I really need Mr Sunshine to be by my side or else I'll get depression soon. I'm serious! Let's talk about the annual Star Awards 2011. Basically every artist has to dress to impress not only themselves but us too. Most of them followed the trational smart black and white ensemble look while others followed the Spring's fashion look. They opted for a more vibriant look, lets say orange or red or yellow.  And in order to look their best, some did some sacrifices. For instance, Joanne Peh followed a harsh 6 day exercise routine just to look her best in a black Gucci chiong sum like dress. She looked fabulous in it. Her exercise really paid off. One thing cool about her dress is that the lower portion of it can be removed and it becomes a mini dress.  Another artist I think worth talking about, too, here is Jeanette Aw. If you do not know me well, I'm actually a HUGE fan of Jeanette Aw. I really love her dressing for that day. It's sort of like a vintage, old english kind of look. I love it when people dress like that, causal yet formal. I don't know, old english looks always loook causal formal to me. And the best part is that she got to walk down the red carpet with Tay Ping Hui. The even greater part was what Jeanette Aw told everyone about her dressing that night. Quoted from her, "My confidence is not based on my cup size". How AWESOME is that quote? I knew there will be people critisizing about her boobs when she wore that dress but as long as she feels confident in it, all those criticism are just bullshit. So what if she didn't get the award for best actress? At least she got Top 10 and an award by iweekly. Now, Jeanette Aw is extremely busy filming overseas, Malaysia and China. So most probably she will not be appearing very often locally. I wish her all the best in her shows overseas and come back as soon as possible. You will not be forgotten. Now for the guys, I believe the best dressed will go to Zhang Yao Dong. I love the way he pulled off the light pink blazer. Not every man can pull pink off but he is one of the few that can. And when a man can pull pink off, he's a real man. That's what I believe. Don't you agree with me? Sometimes when guys wear pink they will look like gays while some may look totally wrong. So those that looks outstanding in pink are real man. I believe everyone had also talked about Christopher Lee's crazy dressing. Well, I believe he was going for a Johnny Depp look. He's trying to act all mysterious and powerful but do you think he is cut out for it? I don't really think so. I think he should just stop being fancy and just start being a father. These are the few that I've picked to talk about. Obviously there are more that I want to talk about (like Xiang Yun and Michelle Chia) but I'm really tired after a day at school.  After being so irritated with myself, I found out I've two terrible weakness! DAMM IT!
